Ashby Grange says thanks

To the Editor:

Recently the Ashby Grange sponsored an event entitled, "It's Easy Being Green." We are indebted to a wonderful group of people who helped make the event a success: Tamara Leclerc from Carraig Farm, Troy Bottger, Bill Stanwood, Roberta Flashman and the Ashby Conservation Commission, the Gardener's Cottage and even the Ashby Brownies. My friend and neighbor, Karl Steudel, did an exceptional job coordinating all of the guest speakers and certainly went above and beyond the call of duty. The event drew almost 80 people, which speaks volumes about the timeliness and importance of the issue presented. We thank you all for your support of the evening.
