Officials gather to cut the ribbon at the Hanover Theatre for the Performing Arts on Southbridge Street in Worcester on March 14. The newly renovated 2,300- seat theater opened that evening with a black-tie soiree featuring a performance by Broadway star Bernadette Peters.
