Well-behaved dogs invited to afternoon of fun

FITCHBURG - "Dog Day Afternoon," a fund-raiser to help Winchendon's "Ahimsa Haven Animal Rescue" build an animal shelter, will be held from 1 to 4 p.m. Sunday, April 13, at the Best Western Royal Plaza Trade Center, 150 Royal Plaza Dr., Fitchburg. Featuring "Ask the Trainer," nail clipping, massage or Reiki, and pet photography for your dog, acoustic music, raffles and refreshments. Tickets are $15 (children under 12 free).
