Frances L. Hannula, 95
Was hard working; had a great sense of humor

ASHBURNHAM - Frances L. (Morrill) Hannula, 95, of 123 Ferin Road, died Thursday,

March 27, 2008, at the Golden Living Center, Fitchburg, after an illness.

Frances was born in Fitchburg on March 15, 1913, the daughter of the late Clifford and Clara L. (Brue) Morrill. She was a graduate of Fitchburg High School.

She was a hard working woman and will be remembered for her great sense of humor and for her love of the outdoors and gardening.

Frances leaves one daughter, Bertha (Hannula) Magane of Coventry, R.I.; her grandchildren, Wayne Waaramaa of West Hartford, Conn. and Holly Dion of Coventry; her great-grandchildren, Adam and Evan Waaramaa and Ryan Waskewicz. She was the wife of the late Charles I. Hannula. She was also predeceased by a son, Charles I. Hannula, one brother, Alfred Morrill of Florida, and one sister, Emma Able of California.

A memorial service will be held Saturday, April 5, at 11 a.m. in the Westminster Chapel of the Sawyer-Miller-Masciarelli Funeral Homes, 123 Main St., Westminster. There are no calling hours. Burial will be private. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to the Massachusetts Horticultural Society, Memorial Donations, 900 Washington Street, Wellesley, MA 02482.
