Monty Tech to host Youth Summit

The Ninth Annual North Central Massachusetts Youth Leadership Summit, a celebration of youth leadership, will be held from 9 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Friday, April 25, at Montachusett Regional Vocational Technical School, 1050 Westminster St., Fitchburg.

The annual event is sponsored in part by the Massachusetts Department of Mental Health, Monty Tech, North Central Massachusetts Workforce Investment Board's Junior Youth Council, and LUK, Inc. - a Central Massachusetts non-profit social service agency with offices in Fitchburg and Worcester.

The purpose of the summit is to provide Central Massachusetts youth and their adult advisers with a forum to have fun while learning new information and skills, to connect with youth from different communities, and to celebrate the accomplishments of those youth who exemplify the summit's theme of community service.
