Community Choice The Leominster Art Association's 43rd Annual Arts, Craft & Photography Exhibit will be held on April 25, 26, and 27, at St. Leo's School (new auditorium), 108 Main St., Leominster. Exhibiting artist this year is Mary Dunn (pictured) of Westminster. Dunn was an art teacher for 32 years in the public schools of Westminster, Ashburnham and Gardner. This is a judged show that includes various mediums and levels, with ribbons to be awarded by a judging panel. Only members are invited to participate. Visitors to the exhibit will be able to view more than 250 pieces rendered by local artists and artisans, some of which will be for sale. The public is welcome to view the exhibit, free of charge, from 1 to 5 p.m. Friday, April 25; from 10 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. and 6:30 to 9 p.m. Saturday, April 26; and from 1 to 5 p.m. Sunday, April 27. Also featured are live demonstrations of arts, crafts, and photography throughout the show and a raffle. Proceeds benefit the Association, a non-profit organization which helps foster awareness of cultural art forms by supporting regional talent from all age groups and all stages of artistic development.
