Oakmont Boy's Tennis scores

On Thursday, April 17, the Oakmont Boys' Tennis team experienced their first loss of the season against Bromfield. The home matched end with a 5-0 score.

In three singles matches Oakmont couldn't pull out a win, with Bromfield's Tyler Phelps defeating Oakmont's Tom Palmer, 6-3, 6-3; and Bromfield's Ray Dunn defeating Oakmont's Zachary Hathaway, 6-0, 6-0; and finally the visiting team's Luke Broganero defeating home team player Sawyer Mahoney, 6-2, 7-6 (7-3).

In doubles play Bromfield pulled out two more wins. Keiron Stoddart and Brenton Stoddard, of Bromfield, defeated Chris Broulett and Ken Murphy, of Oakmont, 6-4, 6-0. And James Booling and Ryan Holmes, of Bromfield, defeated Andrew Richard and Karl Wing, of Oakmont, 6-4, 6-1.
