Westminster voters say keep old town hall Town meeting continues to second Saturday after five-hour start on day one By Caitlyn Kelleher JOURNAL REPORTER The majority of residents at the Westminster Town Meeting voted to preserve the old Town Hall after a nearly 30-minute debate. The Selectmen had put an article on the warrant asking voters to approve the demolition of the building.
