Monique A. (Bolduc) Antil, 91 SOUTH ASHBURNHAM - Monique A. (Bolduc) Antil, 91, of South Ashburnham, died Saturday, May 3, 2008, in UMass Memorial Healthcare, University Campus, Worcester, after a brief illness. Monique, daughter of the late Napoleon and Berthe (Beaudette) Bolduc, was born on May 5, 1916, in Gardner, and lived in Gardner and Ashburnham all of her life. Her beloved husband, Louis J. Antil, died Nov. 19, 1974. Monique was a long-time member of St. Anne's Catholic Church in South Ashburnham but for many years attended St. Denis Catholic Church in Ashburnham. She was a hairdresser for many years working at several local beauty shops. Prior to her retirement she was also a baker in the cafeteria at Oakmont Regional High School in Ashburnham. She was a life member and former chaplain of the Thomas P. Sweeney Post 142 American Legion Auxiliary of Ashburnham and a member of the Forever Young Club of Ashburnham. As a youth, she competed on the swim team at the Greenwood Pool in Gardner and she delighted in reading, dancing and bowling. Monique is survived by two daughters, Lorraine Page of Ashburnham and Denise Jatkola and her husband, Paul, of Ashburnham; one sister, Louise Jaillet and her son, Paul of Gardner; two brothers, Andre Bolduc and his wife, Alice of Florida and Hermas Bolduc of Mississippi; four grandchildren, Darren Page of Newbury, Jessica Geddes of Leominster, Eric Page of San Diego, Calif. and Matthew Jatkola of Arlington; and several nephews and nieces.
