Boy Scout Troop 41 Fitchburg will hold a plant and yard sale from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. in the parking lot between the Lipton Center and Rollstone Congregational Church, 199 Main St., Fitchburg.

Girl Scout Troop 739 will host a multi-family yard sale from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. at 57 Eaton St., Fitchburg. Proceeds to benefit the troop's trip to England.

The Jordyn Taylor Kalagher Scholarship Fund Benefit Day will be held from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. at Oakmont Regional High School, 9 Oakmont Drive, Ashburnham. Jordyn was a 16-year-old junior at Oakmont who lost her life this past December from injuries sustained in an automobile accident. Friends of Jordyn are hosting this event in conjunction with a field hockey benefit. The event includes a food and bake sale, a Chinese auction, ReMax hot air balloon rides, a mechanical bull, Ashburnham Fire Department apparatus, children's games and face painting. All proceeds to benefit the Jordyn Taylor Kallagher Scholarship Fund.

The seventh annual Sholan Farms Apple Blossom Festival and Craft Show will be held from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. at 1125 Pleasant St., Leominster. Festivities include music and live entertainment, free petting zoo, children's games and crafts, pony rides and hay rides, good and the butterfly release at 2:30 p.m. Rain date is May 17.
