Oakmont boys' lacrosse news

Oakmont Boys' Club Lacrosse outscored Groton-Dunstable Regional's team on Monday, May 12, 13-2.

In the first quarter Oakmont scored three goals - Alex Tourigny assisted by Matt Biggs, Biggs then scored and was assisted by Carl Shell, and A.J. Perkins was assisted by Biggs. In the second quarter Tourigny was again assisted by Biggs for his second goal of the game, and he then assisted Perkins for the team's fifth goal. Biggs scored next with an unassisted move and then Sam Dauphinais also scored unassisted.

In the third quarter the team scored their next three goals. Nick Carter scored goal eight unassisted; Forrest Calder was assisted by Biggs and Biggs then assisted Tourigny.

The fourth quarter standouts were Cody Woodard-Wallace who was assisted by Biggs, Tourigny was assisted by Steve Amblo, and Sam Dauphinais scored the final goal of the season unassisted.

Alex Loomis won 12-of-13 faceoffs during the game and Charlie Bushey won three-of-four.

Oakmont Goalie Ryan Curtis made eight saves.
