The Oakmont Ice Hockey Team opened its 2008-2009 season by hosting the Littleton Tigers on Friday, Dec. 27, at Cushing Academy after a series of weather-related delays postponed the first two scheduled games of the season. The Spartans opened the game well by grabbing a quick 1 to 0 lead early in the first period.
