Food bank opens for senior citizens

The Gardner Senior Center and the Gardner CAC has set up a Senior Food Pantry on the third Friday of each month from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at 294 Pleasant St., the C.A.C., in Gardner. For more information call the Gardner CAC at (978) 632-8700. The program is open to residents of Ashburnham, Westminster, Gardner and Hubbardston and who are over 62 years of age and not a veteran. The pantry provides fresh produce, low sodium foods, yogurt and more.
