Early diagnosis leads to anti-cancer activism

Seven years ago Westminster resident Todd Miller was diagnosed with testicular cancer, and it may have been one of the most fortunate occurrences of his life. “I felt like the luckiest person. If you are a guy and you are going to get cancer, this is the one to get,” Miller said.
